Shipping / Warranty

Order processing:

** We produce all Skin decals to order, so orders normally ship out 2 - 3 business days from when the order is placed. We could not offer any UPS Express Service for these products at this moment. It will be processed as Standard Shipping method.

After placing the order, you will receive an email with your order number.

All orders placed before 12:00 noon. PST will be processed the same business day.

For * NEXT DAY AIR, 2 DAY AIR or 3 Day Delivery (within US 48 states) and placed after 12:00 noon. PST, will be processed on next business day.

* UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, Federal Holidays, Christmas Day and New Year.

Please notice that any orders without credit card authorization will not be processed and our sales representatives will contact you within 1 business day for verification of information.

Due to the high demand of our popular items, it will occasionally on backorder. If in any case your order is backordered, you will receive an email from us within 1 business day with an estimate time frame your order will be ready.

We can deliver to APO or FPO addresses with Standard Shipping via US Postal Service.

International Orders - we do not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Warranty / Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased from us or the item(s) is defective, just return it within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.  We'll gladly provide a replacement or credit for the cost of the product(s). (Shipping & handling is non-refundable.)

All Skin decal stickers must be in its original condition, never been used or applied. NO return authorization is valid after 30 days from date of purchase. (Shipping & handling is non-refundable.)
* (All returns are subject to inspection. If the product has been REMOVED from backing paper, no refund will be authorized.) NO exchange will be offered for these products. You may simply place a new order.

All the Software products WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns or refund when the original packing has been opened.

All OEM original products of cell phone accessories are to be handled by their respective manufacturers. You can find their web address within or on the backs of their packaging.

Other products are covered by 30 days of the original date of purchase. If the product becomes defective, we are please to offer a replacement. Simply complete the Return Merchandize Authorization form and let us know the return reason. Failure to include these may result in us refusing the package, and you being charged for shipping both ways, and not receiving your exchange or replacement.

Note however, when returning a product, we require you to wrap it securely the package for its value. We do not accept returns on product(s) that have been abused, altered or used in manners for which they were not intended. The product(s) must be returned in new, resalable condition. All accompanying materials must be included in the original package. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged or it might void all warranties on the product(s). All manuals and warranty registration cards must be UNMARKED.

We do reserve the right through to charge a return percentage (up to 20%) restocking fee for product(s) that are failed to include the original package or accompanying materials.

If any package has been refused or cancelled after shipped out, the original and return shipping & handling charge WILL NOT be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances.
